Returns and Exchange Procedure and Policy
All Sunwise® products are made with quality materials to the highest standards. Customer satisfaction is something which we guarantee. For whatever reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Sunwise® online you may return your items within 30 days. Please contact Sunwise® Customer Care with your order number and details of the item/items you wish to return and why. Items which have been damaged or abused cannot be returned. Items returned within their original packaging undamaged and unused will be issued with a refund via the original method of payment. You will have to pay for the postage.
- Contact Sunwise® Customer Care Email info@tgsports with the subject RETURN. You must include your details, order number and items you wish to return. You may also wish to call Sunwise® Customer Care on +44 1865 714 620.
- Package your Sunwise® items to be returned in safe and secure packaging. The original order number must be written on the outside packaging as well as the inside on the original documentation. When returning items to us it is suggested to use a traceable or tracking service with insurance. Sunwise® will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
- When we receive your returned goods at Sunwise® head office and your returned item(s) have been verified correct and in original condition we will issue the refund for the price of the item(s) to the original payment method. Completed within 30 days of receipt.
